These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by MoonLabs, an independent app studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor reverse-engineer them, except where permitted by law.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features are offered through paid subscriptions ("Premium", "Pro", or "Plus").
  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by MoonLabs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
